The geographic location of our Ham and sausage factory, located next to the Sierra de Gredos, gives our natural dryers the dry and cold climate necessary to achieve the characteristic flavor and aroma of our products. 

Our extensive experience in the preparation of hams and shoulders, has allowed us to achieve the optimal salt point in each piece. 

Our Hams and Shoulders Chopo have the seal of an independent certifier that guarantees compliance with Royal Decree 4/2014 by which its quality standard is approved.
