We are an agri-food company whose main activity is the production of cured meat products, sausages, hams and shoulders. Due to the effort and commitment invested in this profession for more than seventy years, today we have a long history in the sector.

The search for the highest quality, the satisfaction of our customers; as well as the interest in adapting to changing times and investment in technology, has led us to position ourselves in a competitive market with recognized prestige for our gastronomy.

With great success, our expectations were extended ten years ago with the commercialization of vegetables and cheeses under our trademark "Embutidos y Jamones Chopo".

Our sausage factory It is located between the Sierras de Gredos and Béjar, near the province of Salamanca. Its climate, cold and dry, is ideal for curing different types of sausages and hams.

You can find our products in the retail store located in the main shopping street of Barco de Ávila. With dual access, from Calle Mayor and Plaza de España, this Chopo store offers our customers the full range of Chopo products:

Cured sausages of Iberian pork and white Poplar, such as our Iberian sausage and extra sweet, white and spicy Chopo sausage; marinated mulch Poplar, sausage loin and Iberian bait loin cane; chorizo and chopo white and Iberian sausage, among others.

Gran Reserva hams and shoulders, Iberian bait and acorn poplar.

100% natural home-grown honey obtained directly from our hives which are located in the Barco de Ávila region.

All our materials are purchased in national markets, resulting in a Spanish 100% sausage. We do not believe in rushing, we defend artisanal production where quality and authentic flavor prevail. We believe in people as one of the main drivers of our business through trusted distributors nationwide.
