Before its distribution, the acorn-fed Ibérico Chopo hams are sliced individually to verify that the customer receives them in perfect conditions for consumption.
Our Chopo Iberian bait ham has the seal of an independent certifier that guarantees compliance with Royal Decree 4/2014 by which its quality standard is approved.
