Before its distribution, the Iberian shoulders are individually perforated to verify that the client receives it in perfect conditions for consumption.

Our Iberico Poplar Cebo Shoulder has the seal of an independent certifier that guarantees compliance with Royal Decree 4/2014 by which its quality standard is approved.
