Description

Product made from white pork loin strip fed with natural feed.

We only select those fresh pieces that meet high quality requirements such as juiciness, infiltration and texture.

La Vera paprika, top quality natural oregano and spices are the main ingredients of our homemade marinade.

Less curing and the absence of stuffed tripe are the only differences with respect to stuffed white pork loin.

It is a perfect food to eat in oil, grilled or for hors d'oeuvres.

EXTRA SEMI-CURED WHITE PORK LOIN – SAUSAGES AND POPLAR HAMS

The semi-cured loin has a drying process without casing.

Traditionally it was used to make pot loin. A process that consists of cutting the loin into fillets approximately 1cm thick, marking them in the pan and once cold, putting them in olive oil to preserve them for months. Currently, its consumption is usually raw or round and round the pan.

INGREDIENTS: Loin strip, salt, paprika, sugars, antioxidants (E-300, E-310), preservatives (E-250, E-251) and natural spices.

Store in a cool, dry place.
