Made from lean meat and natural spices following the same recipe as the extra white sausage.

Due to its coarse mince and wide calibre, it is ideal for sandwiches and hors d'oeuvres.

CULAR SAUSAGE – SAUSAGES AND POPLAR HAMS

INGREDIENTS: Lean pork, salt, dextrin, spices, dextrose, stabilizers (E-450i, ii, and E-452i), antioxidant (E-331, E-301), preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and garlic. Edible tripe.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Each unit is half a piece of 500g – 600g.
